There's statistics, damn statistics and his neighbor

Steve Nadis reads some article in the Cambridge Chronicle claiming his is the noisiest neighborhood in Cambridge and wonders if that's really the case:

... I happen to know that one of my neighbors is extremely insensitive and intolerant about noise and she, singlehandedly, may have called the police every single one of those 500+ complaints in 2007.
