Breaking news: Local company seeks actual journalist for paying position

Local ink-stained wretches have obviously not been immune from the MSM death spiral chronicled by local former ink-stained wretch Paul Gillin on Newspaper Death Watch. So it's kind of cool to see a job posting for an actual journalist at a job with full benefits, to oversee its Web site, although it's kind of puzzling they advertise it as "part time" when they expect the person to manage a staff of 35 fulltimers and freelancers. Also, you'll need "a passion for health care."

I hate these sorts of
I hate these sorts of postings.
This means one of two things
1) The job is legit and the company doesnt realize how crazy it is that they call this a part time gig. Its impossible to do the job well, but its the only way they think they can afford to do it. Kind of like Associate Professors.
2) Its a stupid company that doesnt really have real reporters, rather they are fluffing themselves up to try to get people with skills to apply. Masspirg is the classic example of this where they used to post ads all over saying "work in environmental policy, research etc" then you find out that its going door to door selling people memberships and looking for donations and that you have the option to do "research" on your off hours without getting paid.
