Report: State could have saved those two girls burned to death

State Office of the Child Advocate concludes state child-welfare workers failed to connect the dots and pull Acia and Sophia Reisopoulos out of their dysfunctional household before they burned to death in an arson fire on April 6, allegedly set by their mother's angry lover.
