I've been a Bears fan my entire life, so I've been trained to root against Favre no matter what - its part of my instinct to root against the guy. (BTW - I grew up in Crete, IL, about 25 miles north of Kankakee / Bradley / Bourbonnais)
I wanted at least one team to root for in the playoffs this January. With the Bears loss and the Pats win, I somehow found myself cheering on Mr. Wrangler Jeans Favre. For the first time in my life, I finally felt the agony of the Favre interception that those poor folks in Green Bay are accustomed to.
Ouch.
Time to retire, Mr. Favre. And yes, I still don't like you Mr. Favre.

Favre goes down a LOSER. Mangy too. Pittsburgh can have their glory, what else do they have going for them?
