Here's an idea: Bring tolls back to Washington Street

Mark reports on days of yore, when Washington Street in Jamaica Plain was a toll road to Dedham - and people's cows sometimes wandered off near the tollgate.

i think lamartine should have a toll--getting to skip centre street traffic, drive 50mph and run red lights shouldn't be free
