Though Mass folks might be content with our laws regarding gay marriage, the leftover dischord among supporters and opponents in California Prop 8 has reached the courts.

Campaign contributors to Prop 8 have filed a lawsuit to remove their names from the public record. Californians Against Hate counter, saying that though a nuisance (”Why do people keep boycotting my business, just because I gave money to repeal gay marriage?”) campaign donations have become a government requirement post-Watergate in the 70’s.
