It's pretty....but enough already. Old man winter's already worn out his welcome, as often happens in mid to late January. GRR.

Perhaps I'm missing something here. A large grey iconic monument to brutalism isn't improved by having some nice white fluffy snow on the ground round it. Snow covered tree limbs have inherent beauty, even for those lumbered with shoveling?

The only place that I can think of in Brighton where a photo like this could be snagged is near the newton line, on the back side of one of the hills around oak square facing newton commonwealth golf course...unless the hill is actually in Brookline...

I poked around a bit and based on BehindDarkEyes' comment about it being zoomed in from her window and some of her other photos (I recognize a *lot* of her photos usually because I live in this same area), I'm going to guess Corey Hill (aka Summit Ave). Half of Corey Hill is in Brighton, the other half is in Brookline. I'm right around the corner from there myself just across Comm Ave.

EDIT: Ok, second guess would be that her apartment window is an upper floor in a building near Comm Ave and Washington St, which is right in my neighborhood, just a few blocks from my house. From there you could look out southward and see Fisher Hill as the rise of trees in the back.

Thanks for the speculation of where I may or may not live, Kaz. BTW, those hills are in Brookline.

And I decided that someone who publicly publishes a dozen or more pictures from their living room window probably doesn't care if people know where she lives (or wasn't aware of how obvious it was). Some of the subjects of your photos are of easily identifiable storefronts and unique store names. It didn't take Lt. Horatio Caine to figure out just from where you took some of the photos...but if it makes you feel any better:

BehindDarkEyes didn't realize her photos were so specific...

...but it seems she must have been looking from behind blind eyes.

YEEEEAAAAHHHHHHH!!

Seriously, though, if it concerns you, maybe it's best you learned this way since I appreciate all of your photos from around our neighborhood as opposed to whatever might concern you about someone else making the same observation.
