Whatever happened to common sense?
The woman should've had the common sense to remove all the snow from her windshield and rear window before starting out.
Indeed
Couldn't have said it better myself.

So, who wants to hit up the RMV to issue a complaint against her utterly stupid and idiotic behavior.

Why does "who she is and her story" make any difference? If you can't drive right or maintain your vehicle safely, get off the road and stay off. Period. No special exceptions for special people.
