We could have a new candidate for mayor tomorrow

City Hall nemesis Kevin McCrea will announce tomorrow if he's running for mayor, David Bernstein reports.

McCrea's blog will give you a pretty good idea why City Hall types, from the council to the mayor, consider him a PITA. He keeps suing the city council over open-meeting issues - and keeps winning - and he claims Menino recently called up the editors at the South End News, for which he writes a column, to complain about him.

McCrea's platform.

Hint ...

Oh!

Hmmm, Kevin's Facebook profile the other day said he was "Working on the website!" Take that for what it is ...

I wish him great luck! Just by running, he's making the city better. And he might even win!

"5) Mandate that shopping

"5) Mandate that shopping centers and parking lots of a certain size provide recycling stations for the public use. Provide similar recycling stations on public property in each neighborhood."

Agree 100%.

Its really, really bothers me that most trash people carry is recyclable. The majority is in plastic containers, with the rest of the trash being tissues and used food (non plastic) containers.

So why is it that there are no public recycling bins, but a trash can on every corner on main avenues?

What would a challenger's campaign have to do?...

How could the current Mayor be challenged successfully?... what would a challenger's campaign have to do?...

Win.
