LNG tankers to Outer Brewster Island

Sco makes the case for putting an LNG facility there: Basically, better there than in the middle of a densely populated area such as Fall River - or around the Inner Harbor.

LNG terminal will be in addition to Everett, not in place of it
There seems to be a misconception that adding a second LNG terminal to Boston Harbor would mean the closing of the Everett facility and diversion of tanker traffic. This is not the case. A second LNG terminal in Boston Harbor would simply mean ADDITIONAL tanker traffic, at least tripling tanker traffic to Boston Harbor--which taxpayers spent billions of dollars to clean up over the past 20 years. An LNG terminal on Outer Brewster island would simply sell the parkland, conserved for the people of Massachusetts and the wildlife that inhabits it, to an energy industry hungry for huge profits.
