The Crimson reports that Z Square is gone for good - new management brought in this past October proved unable to clean up a financial mess.

I liked that place
Sorry to hear this news. They always seemed to be busy when I ate there or even just walked by.

I never went there because everything on the menu was way to expensive for a café. They probably couldn't find anyone who could afford to eat there in this economy.
I didnt think the prices
I didnt think the prices were that outrageous, especially considering where it was. I do have to say they really did not understand the concept of a good bagel, I tried on two different occasions and got a stale bagel that was overly toasted both times. Bagels should not be rocks, I dont know how many times I have to tell people that lol.
it was always busy
I walk past ZSquare 3-4 times a week 2 times each and it was almost always busy.
i ate there once and loved it, and mentally ate at least 20 other times.
bummer.
