Say it ain't so, A-Rod!

Curt Schilling weighs in:

... It's not about good and bad people, because Mark McGwire and Jason Giambi are two of the kindest human beings ever, Andy Pettite is a fantastic person. That's seemingly got nothing to do with anything. 104 players made the wrong decision, and it appears that not only was it 104, but 3 of the greatest of our, or any, generation appear to be on top of this list.

And before anyone asks, I'll make it clear. My name will not appear on any lists of positive tests. ...

Sure, what'd they think he was carrying in his purse? (Aside from the purple lip gloss.)

A-Rod Is The Gift That Keeps On Giving

I am not going to try to feign any moral outrage regarding A-Rod using steroids. All professional sports fans should know that there are a sizable percentage of athletes in all sports who use banned performances enhancers. That being said, this A-Rod situation is funny shit. There are so many potential ways to mock this guy now: “not being able to hit in the clutch, wearing lip gloss, Torre admitting his own teammates called him A-Fraud, slapping at Arroyo like a little girl, being overpaid, dating a 50 year old Madonna, and now steroids. Hell, the last 2 are the things Boston fans used to mock Jose Canseco for over 20 years ago. But at least Jose won a World Series and slept with Madonna before she was at the half century mark.
