What is it about graffiti artists and outstanding warrants?

Boston Police charge that when workers at the Other Side Cafe on Newbury Street objected to a man tagging up the men's room and asked him to leave, he picked up a pint glass and threw it against a wall. A struggle ensued and one worker was hurt heaving him out.
Isaac S. White, 28, of Jamaica Plain was charged with malicious destruction of property. Arresting officers discovered he already had an outstanding warrant for defacement of property from Roxbury District Court.
Innocent, etc.

The Other Side Cafe's restrooms are COVERED in graffiti. Strange how they would object to it now. I figured they let it go to add to the charm of the place.
