Are T drivers eligible for medals?

Zolok writes a driver on the 84 bus in Arlington Heights deserves one for his driving in this morning's snow:

... Damn bus pulled up at the corner of Park and Wachusett in deep in the hills-n-hollers of Arlington Heights, picked up all comers and relentlessly trudged down the Route 2 access road to Alewife....got there safe and sound and in a reasonably timely fashion...I mean who knew?!!!! ...

I was very impressed with the MBTA this morning too. In Southie, the busses were running on time and I saw at least 2 others on my short trip going the opposite direction down Broadway.

bus drivers are much better than subway drivers, they don't slam on the breaks on the bus... usually
