Republican legislators in Massachusetts have finally figured out how to increase their ranks: Import them from New Hampshire - if only for one issue (to protest a proposed toll at the state line; wouldn't it be funny if they all got parking tickets while down here?)

Looks like someone heard about the tons of pennies that were going to appear on the State House steps.
NH has a zillion reps, I think I heard its the biggest representive body in country. Although they are true part timers as opposed to our legislators who get paid a normal salary to show up everyday (even if they fail to do so.)
