T cops arrest man called Williams for waving his willie

Wicked Local Brookline reports the arrest of a homeless man named Terence Wilkerson, but known to the cops as "Willie Williams" for alleged exposing himself at the Cleveland Circle stop on the C line yesterday afternoon. Police say Wilkerson waved both his arms and other parts at a distraught victim before being taken away.
