Literally pissing on them, as in, whipping it out and spraying them, according to the Suffolk County District Attorney's office, which is charging Joseph Houston of Brewster with two counts of assault and battery and one count of open lewdness for an incident at Boston Garden. According to the DA's office, Houston:

[A]llegedly exposed himself and urinated on a 17-year-old female and a 21-year-old male, both from Connecticut, who were attending a Jan. 18 Metallica concert at the TD Banknorth Garden.

A Brewster Police officer at the time of the incident, Houston was arrested by MBTA Transit Police for trespassing at North Station. That case was sparked by Houston's ejection from the concert and subsequent refusal to leave the area after repeated orders to do so by officers.

Instead of leaving, the apparently intoxicated Houston is said to have flashed his Brewster Police Department badge to one officer and referred to another as "Obama." He was escorted out, only to return once more in violation of the officers' orders; Transit Police took him into custody at that time.
