Emergency hungerectomy needed at Downtown Crossing

Apparently, nobody at the T checks to see whether two ads maybe shouldn't be right next to each other.

Nice
The more cynical might wonder whether Mars, Inc., ad people arranged that on purpose. :)
I dont see the problem
I dont see the problem lol
Respond to a hungerengy by walking and donating to the walk for hunger...
Seems like a well thought out cross branding oppurtunity to me ;)
Whats really funny is when you see a place like a fast food joint slammed next to a Jenny Craig. Ive also seen a Jenny Craig , a big mans shop, a big womans shop, and a fast food joint all next to each other in a strip mall, weird juxtapositions. Theres only so much real estate in this world, weird things are going to end up next to each other. Just be happy it wasnt an add that somehow involved anoriexia or even worse the grand opening of an all you can eat buffet.
My favorite (now former) juxtaposition
For years, there was a diet center right next to the Dairy Queen on Rte. 27 in Natick, so you could sit at one of the picnic benches slurping down your banana split or sundae and laugh or feel guilty or just ponder the oddity of it all.
A current example
The Emack and Bolio's right downstairs from the women-only health club at Porter Square. I hope they waft the scent through the entire building's ventilation.
On Newbury Street
years ago, a chocolate store called 'Sweet Enchantment' was directly upstairs from a 'Weight Loss Clinic', which even had a free scale out on the sidewalk where you could weigh yourself.
I'd love to find a photo of this.
Make sure you get the photo
Make sure you get the photo while someone is standing on the scale eating a piece of candy!
Dunkin Curves
Central Square has/had a Curves weight-loss business on the floor above the Dunkin Donuts.
Round is a shape
Sounds like synergy to me.
The Wave
There's Waltham's WAVE athletic club / pub combo. You can watch the racketball courts while you munch buffalo wings and beer.
Really? Thats even weirder
Really? Thats even weirder if its under the same roof!
