Boston City Council putting minutes online

Yes, the council's now posting like it's 1999, thanks to council President Mike Ross - you can now actually see what the council discussed - and going back to September of last year.

Only problem is they outsourced it to some outfit called "municode.com" that has a horrendously slow user interface, and which is rarely within 3 months of the current date. They have managed to post through December 16, 2008. So we can find out what was discussed last year.
