Brookline luxo-condos sold at auction

Anthony Longo reports on today's auction of 46 units at Longwood Towers in Brookline. All the units went for less than their last asking price (and he provides details on each unit), but:
The developer wins by unloading 46 units and setting the tempo for the remaining units in the project. All in all I think a great day for all.

Do you think the third tower will be developed and sold as condo
I thought about bidding on one of these units but had concerns about the undeveloped/unfinished third tower. Any idea if this auction will encourage the developer to finish the third tower and sell off the units as condos? (in another auction?)
