Zombie backlash

Brian McFadden notes the two zombie marches planned for the Boston area this weekend and goes a bit ballistic:

... I love zombies too. I just don't have to play dress up and LARP around town to prove my love. Can't you assholes just hang out and talk about Lucio Fulci's ZOMBIE over beers without all the attention-whoring pomp?

Any discussion of Fulci's

Any discussion of Fulci's "Zombie" with intelligent, sane people goes like this:

"That movie was awful."

"Yep."

Don't Worry

They'll only be around for three days and then they're out of here.

And, like, you know, somebody should tell these guys that drawing a cartoon about it and then pronouncing something lame and so last year on you blog is ... well ... like lame and so last year. That sh*t's been soo done already.

Zing!

Oh snap! You, like, totally pwned me dewd-ette!

Sorry to be so pedantic, but that cartoon was about zombies, not singing the praises of zombie marches. I've always loathed them, and pillow-fights, and flash mobs, and pantsless T rides, and blabbity blah who cares.

And yeah, Fulci is not high cinema.

If it makes you feel better ...

Commenting on blogs about how it is so lame and totally last year that they blogged about something being so totally lame and last year is ... so totally lame and last year, you know?
