What does the MBTA have against fun?

Who knew the T was having problems with sightseers and swimmers in the Kenmore busway? Maybe that's why the project is so behind schedule. Saul Blumenthal is perplexed.

to show up in a bathing suit and swim cap and vociferously complain to everyone that the pool is closed.

Go to all the major holes in the ground - filene's subbasement, Harvard's future campus - and post "no swimming" signs.
I have to wonder if they are expecting more Kenmore Floods when I see this.
