Police: The glass shards on the guy's clothes were kind of a tipoff

Boston Police report arresting a Woburn man on break-in charges at a Brighton apartment building early this morning after they found him standing in the lobby next to a smashed-in front door with shards of glass on his clothes and shoes. Oh yeah, and he also had a fresh cut on his elbow, police say.

John Siafakas, 26, of Woburn, was whisked away from 529 Beacon St. to Area D-14 for booking on charges of unarmed breaking and entering in the nighttime and willful destruction of property.

Also overnight, police arrested four residents of 731 Parker St. on Mission Hill. One guess why police might arrest four guys in their early 20s on Mission Hill.

Innocent all around until proven otherwise in the halls of justice.
