Thanks for highlighting this issue. Maybe the city will get off their collective asses and address the issue. Allston used to an OK neighborhood. Not rich just respectable. Now with the rat problem and empty building it's turning into a shit hole. Maybe that was Harvard's intention and allow them to buy up the properties really cheap.
