Somebody's threatening Brookline residents

Brookline Police report somebody is calling up Brookline homes and demanding $20,000 "or else they would cause harm to the victims and their families."

since to catch this guy, all you'd have to do is set up a rendezvous and arrange for the police to be watching from a hidden location nearby.
