Back Bay: City's most expensive condos

I know, you're shocked. Michael DiMella posts a chart ranking neighborhoods by condo prices (and showing the changes between 2007 and 2008). Why not include places like Cambridge, Somerville, etc., when talking about high-priced condos?

You can T or walk to the financial district from Cambridge better than you can from Chelsea, and Back Bay rates have more in common with Cambridge.

(Er, not that I want to encourage more people to move to Cambridge. I still have dreams of moving out of my old grad student apartment. :)

Adam - Thanks for the link to the post, I'm trying to create an informative (and accurate) source of Boston real estate and city info at 23 Neighborhoods, hopefully people find it useful.

neilv - As far as having info about Cambridge and other local cities, I've been mainly focusing on Boston neighborhoods but I'll see if I can put a comparison post up comparing Boston and Cambridge, Somerville, etc. sometime in the future! Thanks for the feedback! And good luck with the apartment ;)
