On the T, which is worse?

By adamg - 5/1/09 - 8:26 am

A couple in the deepest throes of making out or a rider whipping out her PDA to photograph the couple "polishing each other's teeth"?

Please, if you're doing

Please, if you're doing anything on the T that's mockworthty, it's only right and proper that someone gets a pic and mobile uploads it for the world.

Since it might not have been as bad if they'd been covered by some throws!

Not the most attractive couple

By Kaz - 5/1/09 - 10:13 am

They don't appear to be the most attractive couple in the world, so I'll allow it. These two gotta get what they can get while the gettin's good. Can't blame them for that. :)

I'll also add that if you're gonna do that in public then we're all free to mock, photo, and upload you doing it. If you don't like that, then you can find somewhere else less public for your spit-swapping good time.

So, as to the original question: It's a draw. Win all around. Let's go to triple overtime!

As I warn my teen ...

You have the right to behave your self in public. If you do not behave yourself, anything you say or do can end up on youtube and/or get electronically reproduced throughout the internet and/or your school.

Of course this also means that you can take video of somebody lighting pieces of paper and throwing them out the bus window, to be used as evidence of "a problem" when sent to the superintendent who previously had been repeatedly denying that the buses were overcrowded and out of hand ...

well

It seems to me that most of the time the looks of the make out clubs are like nude beaches - great in theory, horrifying in practice. There was a couple once on the red line, she was making animal noises as they were going at it, but they were just sooo unattractive. Somewhere the Geek Squad was missing two of its finest.

And if they'd been hawt?

By adamg - 5/1/09 - 1:45 pm

Would that have made it better?

So long as we're casting

By neilv - 5/1/09 - 2:43 pm

The audience would respond favorably to both hawt characters being women.

And then there was...

...the gal on the Orange Line this morning who was tweezing her boyfriend's eyebrows.

Transferring to the Red Line?

Mass Eve & Ear Infirmary is just a short walk from Charles/MGH, and they can pull that tweezers right out of his eyeball.

What's worse than this mack?

By adamg - 5/1/09 - 3:55 pm

How about a woman snorting smack?

Oh, Red Line, you put my beloved Orange to shame!

I wonder what's the best thing to tell a little kid

By neilv - 5/1/09 - 4:06 pm

who asks what that woman is doing.

"I think that person is sick and needs a doctor." ?

Normally, I might try to get them to reason about it and figure it out themselves, but if we're not ready to talk about drugs or how not all is right with the world, this is the best I can think of.

Any parents figured out a better response?
