Your victim might whip out a cell phone and take your picture and then the police will post your photo where everybody can see it as they attempt to hunt you down.

I'm fascinated by how all these pervs that get the hollaback treatment seem to represent a cross-section of society - there is no predictable "hey I'm a perv" look (save for the odd hipster poser playing on our preconceptions) - T pervs come in all ages, all colors and ethnicities, all walks of life.
