Aaron Michlewitz easily won election today to the state rep's seat vacated by Sal DiMasi, according to city returns.

Nice to meet you tonight John - sorry we don't live in your district - by my reckoning the better man lost (and would have had two more votes if we lived a few blocks over). Better luck next time - machine is hard to beat but all machines break down eventually.
Banq was good - interesting but not great. worth a visit but not sure I'd hustle back (except for the naan and the dessert - the middle courses on the prix fixe were OK but nothing to write home about).
