Seems like the logical solution would be not to drink at the House of Blues. The barbacks at the Avalon and Axis were so hopeless that this was always my policy there, so why should we expect the new place to be any different?
You don't have to take drinks like that. Refuse them. The bartender took a perfectly fine beer, and eff'ed it up. Let them know. They work on tips, they'll get it right when they know they aren't getting any money if they don't.

Everyone knows that all entertainment venues offer low quality overpriced drinks. This isnt news.

This was a bottle of Sam Adams, poured into a cup, and they still messed it up. That's a whole 'nother level of bad service.
