The Lit Drop, written by Dorchester Reporter and State House News Service reporters Gintautas Dumcius and Mike Deehan, will provide daily coverage of this year's mayoral and city-council elections.

Why does its logo have
Why does its logo have Democratic and Republican party iconography for coverage of a non-partisan municipal election?
Idiosyncracy?
That would also explain the use of some narrow variant of Cooper Black. :)

It's because they're hoping to continue the blog past the municipal elections.

It's where everybody gathers together
in a dark room
and puts a little Foucault under their tongue.
Comes after the human billboards are done for the day
And they get a bundle of campaign literature to hand out.
