Usually towns have contractor hours

I know my town (Hopkinton) has certain hours that construction equipment can operate. It starts at 7 AM, not sure when it ends. I know about it because the police report shows infractions occasionally. Sounds like this is city equipment, not contractors, but they should still abide by any such law, if there is one in Watertown.
