Police suspected he wasn't wearing a winter coat just because he was cold

Boston Police report the guy officers were looking for because he'd fled from a fight at Evelyn and Norfolk streets last night when they arrived wasn't too hard to pick out when they spotted three dudes walking nearby:

The suspect, who was amongst the three stopped individuals, was breathing heavily, shaking and had a rapid heart rate. In addition, the suspect's clothing was inappropriate for the weather conditions, wearing a large winter coat, and the suspect's answers to officers' questions about where he was coming from were suspect. The suspect stated that he had not been walking with the other two people stopped whereas they said that they had been walking with him.

Police say the officers then retraced his steps and found a loaded semi-automatic gun.

Troy Barnes, 17, of Dorchester was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, possession of a loaded firearm and trespassing.

Innocent, etc.
