So the driver gets off the rotary mentioned (the one by Putterham Meadows) too quickly and loses it after getting onto LaGrange heading south?
Just trying to picture it- that's the only way I can think of that they'd have enough speed & instability to roll around there.

(unless the rotary was not a factor & they swerved and hit something at an angle, like a curb/median or...
