Man charged with February murder in Roxbury

Garrett Jackson, 22, was ordered held in lieu of $250,000 bail today after his arraignment on a murder charge for the Feb. 11 shooting death of a Quincy man.

Jackson is charged with firing a single, fatal shot at Thomas Speed, 38, as he stood in the vestibule of 18 Trotter Ct. that evening.
