The ghosts of old movies demand release

Trapped!

16WadeSt notices some odd goings-on at the old Circle Cinema in Cleveland Circle. Compare to the plea for help at the old Filene's in Downtown Crossing.

Remember this post from me last year? I bet this sign has something to do with the American Repertory Theatre's upcoming production of Sleep No More, to be staged at "A mystery location convenient to parking and public transportation".

I prefer to think that the creepy subway ghosts in "Ghost" took Amtrak up here and now ride the Riverside line. Especially this guy.

Nope. They're actually taking over Brookline's Old Lincoln School for "Sleep No More."

I'm happy to find a blog about ghosts. Years ago, I watched a wonderful ghost movie and it was from the 1930's, 40's or 50's. All I can remember is it is about a cute older ghost couple that can't get to heaven. They were both a bit rolly polly with a cute sense of humor. They lived in a large older victorian style home and they couldn't go past their drive-way (from what I can remember). There is a younger couple involved that somehow help this older couple to get to heaven and it seems it has something to do with the backyard. I kind of remember the younger couple sitting on the fence in front of the house. This is about all I can remember. I have spent a considerable amount of time racking my brain and searching for the title of this movie so I can see it again. I can't tell you how much I would appreciate it if someone could help me out with this.
