Twenty minutes from Hynes to Arlington. When we finally got to Boylston, the conductor exclaimed, "Boy, that was a doozy!" No one appreciated his enthusiasm.

This is perfect on the day that Menino and the mayor of Newton gush about how great Grabaskus is, and less than a week after the Globe talked about how on time the trains are these days.
Well, I guess since these delays are routine that whenever people who don't actually use the T like Menino and the Globe editorial board talk about how great the management is they would be proven wrong very quickly.

The mayor must ride the Green Line D at different times than I do, or on many trips he'd have 30 minutes of packed standing-room-only and the sight of other miserable and resigned passengers... to revise how he feels about the T.

once service was resumed, they were looping most Cleveland Circle trains at Government Center instead of sending them on to North Station.

And, to add insult to injury, for a short time they were also splitting two car E trains leaving Lechmere into two separate trains.
