Sure, it looks great on the outside. Until you look at the lights on the end near Lewis Mall. They are covered in clear trashbags because the ceiling leaks so badly. I thought the project was delayed for several years because they were addressing the leaks - apparently not.
Ooooh, purty. I just recently was in the underground part of the new station (before the grand opening) and was amazed by how much more spacious, airy, and (dare I say?) attractive it was. It has taken too long, but I'm excited for Maverick Square to wake up from its long sleep with this beautiful station as its new centerpiece.
