Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly reports a federal judge didn't buy Samuel Bartley Steele's argument that a Bon Jovi song used in a TBS playoff promo, "I Love This Town," was stolen from a song Steele wrote called "(Man I Really) Love This Team."
