Sco discusses the links between Dunkin' Donuts and the people funding what could turn into Mitt Romney's 2008 presidential bid. So what? Dunkin' Donuts has more employees than any other Massachusetts company who can't pay for hospital care because the company doesn't offer them health insurance:
... Should we be worried now that the company that has the most to lose by enacting employer mandated heath insurance is now owned by the Johnny Appleseeds of the Romney 2008 Campaign? ...

There is no way that the entity bought by Bain Capital, Dunkin Brands, is anywhere on that list. Dunkin Brands is consistently rated one of the top places in the state to work. It is known to be family-friendly and very supportive.
Now, what this report has done, presumably, is aggregate all the Dunkin Donuts franchise employees, who are not employed in any way by Dunkin Brands but are in fact employed by a myriad of different franchising companies, into one lump category. This category is completely unrelated to the franchisor, Dunkin Brands of Canton, MA, and is to be expected given the sheer number of Dunkin stores in the state.
The connection between Mitt Romeny, Bain Capital, Dunkin Brands, and the individual franchisees is worse than tenuous, it's non-existent.
