Is it just me, or have the T subway cars been having more problems than usual recently? I'd be curious to know, as I'm coming back to Boston on Saturday and will require that the Red Line actually work!

I live on the Red Line and haven't had any issues the last few weeks, although I think there were one or two delays I just happened to avoid. It does seem the Green Line's been having even more trouble than usual.

Maybe we've just been hearing about them more? between mbta.com and tweets I feel like more incidents are simply being reported vs an upward trend in incidents. Maybe not.

I just moved from the Green Line a few weeks ago, and while there were many delays, it wasn't on a daily basis like it has been.

When I took the B Line nearly every day a two years ago to get to the Red Line and back out to Kendall, I never noticed quite the number of disruptions and delays that have been listed lately.

However, I also might have been blissfully ignorant of the real reason I never saw a train for 20-30 minutes and called it "well, that's the B Line" when it was really "dead train, 20-30 minute delay".

I doubt it though, as I tend to remember seeing all of the other lines fly by as if normal at Park St even if I felt like no B's were arriving any time soon. A dead train wouldn't really allow that to happen.
