Can a Scottish comedian play a Boston Irish murderer?

We'll find out next month when "Boondock Saints II" opens, with Billy Connolly (what, you were thinking Craig Ferguson?) as the patriarch of a family who seeks revenge for the murder of their priest by going on a killing spree through the Boston underworld. As the worst "Boston" movie ever made. Moronic and puerile trash, it was filmed in Toronto.

But I definitely did not enjoy that movie. I kept waiting for it to make sense since the director seemed to be trying to make a point of some sort. It was fun trying to spot the geography though.
