Another Allston party broken up

Wicked Local Allston/Brighton reports two arrests on charges of disturbing the peace and procuring alcohol for minors at a soiree on Aug. 30 at 1127 Comm. Ave. in Allston.

"Jeremy Perron, 21, of 8 Bass River Road, Beverly, met police questions with resistance, telling officers they had no right to enter the apartment."

Need more facts to assess this.

"Police then told Perron he was under arrest, charging him with disturbing the police and procuring alcohol for minors."

For god sakes, don't disturb the BPD.
