6 House murder trial gets underway

Bernard Piscopo of Dorchester is charged with second degree murder for the June 17, 2007 murder of Adam Rich at the bar on West Broadway in South Boston.

Piscopo is also charged with armed assault with intent to murder and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon for also allegedly attacking one of Rich's friends during the fight, which police say erupted over some spilled beer.
