How else can Mitt bash Massachusetts?

Michael: Hey, South Carolina, You Can Have Him.

John: Under the "other skills" section of his resume, do you suppose Mitt Romney lists "brazen toady"?

Jay worries about the impact on the state's economy of its governor running around denigrating the place:

... [T]hat's when we should care. He touts Massachusetts to CEOs as a great place to do business and then mocks the state on a larger national stage?

Thank God he`s not our Senator!

I agree with BOTH of the above comments!!

Glad that Mitt Romney's not our Senator, and we really DON'T need him in office any longer. He's done FAR too much damage already!!

How about a governor who just wants to govern?

When will we elect a governor who is happy to just stay here and govern the state?

Mike Dukakis wanted to be President. Bill Weld wanted to be ambassador to Mexico. Paul Cellucci wanted to be ambassador to Canada. Now Romney would rather represent South Carolina than Massachusetts.

Mitt Romney for President??!! (eyes rolling up toward ceiling)

Mitt Romney as a president would be a COMPLETE disaster!!

Enough already

By Ron Newman | Sat, 02/26/2005 - 11:14am

We really need a complete break from Massachusetts politicians wanting to be President. Ted Kennedy (1980), Mike Dukakis (1988), Paul Tsongas (1992), John Kerry (2004), and now maybe Mitt Romney (2008)? Stop already. Hasn't worked since 1960.
