Aren't you glad you don't have a Citizens Bank debit card?

This happened to me with Bank of America a couple of months ago. Couldn't get cash, was told it was a problem with all BofA debit cards. A few hours later, BofA was still not working, but I was able to get cash from another bank's ATM's, but BofA wouldn't reimburse the fees. I was so irritated I switched to Schwab. So far so good there.
