It's never a good sign when somebody whips out a machete, especially when he's covered in feces

Wicked Local Allston/Brighton reports a feces-covered homeless guy waving a machete last Friday so disturbed some Head of the Charles Regatta spectators that they attempted to flee by running into rush-hour traffic on the Soldiers Field Road bridge. Nobody was injured; homeless guy was arrested.

Not the Head of the Charles

The Head was Saturday and Sunday, but this incident happened on Friday afternoon. Perhaps the spectators were watching a practice run.

I'd hate to be...

...the next perp to be put in the back seat of the police cruiser.
