Newton, Brookline lose their glossy magazines

Ian Lamont reports the publisher of Newton Magazine, Brookline Magazine and MetroWest Magazine, has thrown in the towel and ceased publication.

but Somerville gains a glossy magazine
Here in Somerville, a glossy quarterly has just started up:
Somerville Scout
They've published three issues so far, also delivered free to local residents. So far, they have not asked anyone to subscribe.
