... did not show up in court today. The webcast crew was dismayed, so we read his brief again and wondered if the mini robots finally got him.

So the guy I saw for like 15 seconds at the end of the session on the Web must've been the assistant attorney general wasting his time waiting to argue for the court to just throw the guy out on his ear.
