Yep, and it has been about two weeks away from opening for several months. The same friend-of-a-friend inside scoop has been coming around monthly since literally last year; even the owner put the time frame at a week out when he posted to the BeerAdvocate forums in August: Lord Hobo Update
But the fact is I drive by twice a day and the building still carries an old business' signage and no evidence of goings on.
All party-pooping aside, it would be great if the buzz turns out to be true this time around. I am looking forward to everything they have to offer.
